The OMIC-800 supports measurements for OLEDs and touchscreens at sizes under the 4.5-generation. The machine’s main body is comprised of a thermal chamber unit, a air spring vibration isolationl stage, and a high-flatness glass table, which can increase measurement stability and precision. When it comes to measuring heavy OLED metal masks, the machine is equipped with a highly rigid table that keeps deformations in the metal masks to a minimum. Also, the OMIC-1400 model – a bigger version of the OMIC-800 model – can handle measurements for the next generation of large OLED panels and metal masks.
